What you will do

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Estonian proficiency: C1 level minimum (spoken and written).
• English proficiency: B2 level.
• Must be based in Romania.
• 6 months of experience in customer support.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).

• Experience working with CRM systems.
