Location: Remote within Japan only, must have sponsorship to live and work in Japan

What you will do

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and account issues with hirify.global products.
  • Escalate customer requests when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of hirify.global products, features, and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve service quality and technical skills.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy to ensure positive customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Japan with valid work sponsorship.
  • Fluency in Japanese including professional communication skills.
  • Business-level English proficiency for collaboration with global teams.
  • Basic technical knowledge and aptitude for learning new software systems.
  • Experience with CRM and support tools such as ServiceNow or Intercom.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mentality.
