What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via live chat and email.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to ensure swift resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with users.
  • Document support interactions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate across teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to escalate issues and share feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Availability to work 11:00 am to 8:00 pm PDT.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a clear, concise, and empathetic tone.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent conversations with high quality.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and experience with technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work effectively and reliably within a geographically distributed team.
