What you will do

• Develop and lead features for hirify.globalQube IDE extensions across multiple IDEs using Java, Kotlin, Typescript, and C#.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, pair programming, and coaching.
• Engage with AI-assisted coding tools and assess AI-generated code quality and security.
• Collaborate with open-source community and support teams to integrate feedback.
• Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement activities within the squad.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Geneva, Switzerland
• 8+ years of software development experience with strong Java expertise.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding and critical assessment of AI-generated code.
• Fluency in agile methodologies, clean code principles, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• English fluency required (written and spoken)
