What you will do

  • Build, manage, train, and scale a high-performing international sales team.
  • Develop and lead sales strategies for ad monetization, user acquisition, and publishing services.
  • Own and exceed sales quotas by closing deals with mobile game developers worldwide.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align client needs and service delivery.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and use CRM data to improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years B2B sales experience with 2+ years in leadership, preferably in mobile gaming or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming ecosystem including monetization and user acquisition.
  • Exceptional leadership and team scaling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PC/Steam game developers.
  • Marketing strategy and brand positioning knowledge.
  • Experience working with distributed international teams.
