What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks across teams.
• Manage and update task tracking systems, especially Jira, with high precision.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, task closures, and status updates.
• Organize documentation, dashboards, and workflows.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate potential blockers proactively.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Lisbon, Portugal.
• 2–4 years experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira including dashboards, automations, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a team-first attitude.
