What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects across interdisciplinary teams
• Facilitate sprints, align stakeholders, and own project structure
• Build and manage Jira workflows, dashboards, and automations including Jira-to-Slack integrations
• Develop real-time reporting tools for executive visibility and performance tracking
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping teams focused

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical projects in AI, data, or software development
• Advanced Jira administration skills: workflows, dashboards, reporting, automations
• Understanding of AI/ML development cycles and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Preferred background in startups or scale-ups
• Domain knowledge in healthcare, energy, or sustainability is a plus
