Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Oxford, England; hybrid with 2 days onsite. Travel from London is covered.

Salary: Base salary plus negotiable bonus; above-market compensation discussed case by case.

What you will do

• Deliver complex AI projects end to end across interdisciplinary teams, from inception to deployment.
• Facilitate sprints, align stakeholders, and own project structure.
• Build and manage Jira workflows, dashboards, and automations, including Jira-to-Slack integrations.
• Develop real-time reporting tools for executive visibility and performance tracking.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping teams focused.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical projects in AI, data, or software development.
• Advanced Jira administration knowledge, including workflows, dashboards, reporting, and automations.
• Understanding of AI/ML development cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in startups or scale-ups.
• Domain knowledge in healthcare, energy, or sustainability.
