What you will do

• Design and scale driver acquisition and onboarding processes across European markets considering local nuances.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to harmonize driver experience and scale successful pilots.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Policy teams to align global solutions with European market requirements and regulations.
• Analyze driver experience metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Manage project execution for supply operations initiatives and lead European rollouts of new driver experience initiatives.
• Optimize driver touchpoints collaborating with Marketplaces, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in operations management, strategy consulting, or business operations, preferably in marketplace, mobility, or ride-hailing.
• Proven track record of scaling operations across multiple markets or business units, ideally within European contexts.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in BI tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Analytical mindset, strong communication, systems thinking, and cross-cultural awareness.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Relevant degree in business, operations, or engineering preferred.
