What you will do

• Manage designs for customer projects in the produce industry ensuring performance, cost, and reliability within deadlines.
• Participate in sales, development, and evaluation of system designs for packaging facilities.
• Support sales by providing optimal technical solutions to customers.
• Create specifications, technical reports, and technical data packages for system designs.
• Perform conceptualization, layout, and detailed design using 2D AutoCAD and 3D Inventor.
• Create and execute test plans, diagnose system processes, and prepare presentations for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering experience in automation or equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in 2D drafting/design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor) and preferably 3D design tools.
• At least two years of experience in sales or service enhancing customer experience.
• Experience in AgriTech and packaging or printing machinery is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data to determine best-fit solutions for customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally with a valid or obtainable passport.
