What you will do

• Process and solve customer inquiries via phone and ticket system for reverse vending systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults remotely, dispatch service technicians when needed
• Coordinate installations and finalize them online by connecting machines to the hirify.global network
• Create and close service orders, maintain spare parts and internal logistics
• Support field staff operations including emergency resolution and scheduling
• Train and develop new colleagues

Requirements

• Based in Warsaw, Poland
• Technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT or comparable
• Strong communication skills, politeness, and enjoyment of customer contact
• Excellent Polish and good English skills for international communication
• Solution-oriented with good organizational skills
