Infrastructure Engineer (French)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Administer and maintain business applications for a French-speaking client.
• Monitor application performance to ensure high availability and stability.
• Manage 2nd and 3rd line support incidents, including root cause analysis.
• Perform infrastructure extensions, patching, upgrades, and deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland with the ability to work from the Katowice office.
• 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar infrastructure role.
• French language proficiency (min. B2) for daily client communication.
• Proven experience in application administration and support.
• Hands-on experience with VMware for monitoring and incident analysis.
• Knowledge of operating systems and strong troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with UCS, OpenShift, or Pure Storage.
