Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid with remote work two days per week

What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of 2 Product Designers through goal-setting, feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• Lead design discovery by defining problem statements, forming hypotheses, creating prototypes, and testing solutions with users.
• Shape features for development by ensuring designs are platform-agnostic, brand-compliant, technically feasible, and clearly handed off to engineers.
• Create and review high-fidelity designs, complex user flows, and interactive prototypes for iOS, Android, and Web.
• Contribute to and evolve the global Design System across brands and platforms.
• Improve design processes and introduce AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and QA.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in high-growth B2C products serving millions of mobile users.
• Direct experience managing or leading a Product Design team.
• Strong discovery, hypothesis-testing, prototyping, facilitation, and double-diamond practice.
• Advanced Figma skills, including scalable components and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Understanding of mobile development constraints and production-ready design systems.
• Fluent French and English required, including presenting complex design rationales to international stakeholders.
