Quality Engineer (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Design and execute test plans, regression tests, and functional tests for web and mobile products.
• Build, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript, Appium, and Maestro.dev.
• Ensure product quality standards, accessibility, documentation, and follow-up on post-release issues.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners from the start.
• Identify process improvements and explore AI-supported ways to improve quality and delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience designing and executing test plans and test cases for digital products.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation with modern frameworks or tools.
• Familiarity with programming concepts and the ability to write or adapt automation scripts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, transparent, feedback-driven mindset.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright and TypeScript, Appium, or other modern automation frameworks.
• Professional programming experience.
• Knowledge of accessibility.
