What you will do

• Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Lead and mentor QA professionals to ensure best practices and high-quality standards.
• Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Conduct tool evaluations and POCs to drive innovation in automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage test automation projects and perform hands-on automation activities.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven experience in test automation architecture or management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Must currently reside in Belgium.
• Broad expertise in tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, BDD/Cucumber, Tosca, and RobotFramework.
• Experience evaluating automation fitness for specific client environments and integrating with ALM tooling.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and a commercial mindset.
