What you will do

• Act as primary liaison between supply chain leadership and IT, managing escalations and aligning technology with business goals.
• Develop IT proposals, business cases, and roadmaps supporting supply chain objectives.
• Represent business needs within IT, ensuring solution alignment with technology roadmaps.
• Provide insights on industry trends and innovation opportunities to guide decisions.
• Analyze and validate information to identify optimal technology solutions.
• Lead decision-making in complex and uncertain environments.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role with onsite presence required in Mettawa, IL or Menomonee Falls, WI, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, supply chain, or related field.
• 7+ years leading business initiatives and IT projects in global or multi-division environments.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with supply planning systems and ERP in manufacturing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across multiple levels and functions.
• Strategic thinker with business and technology acumen focused on measurable value delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle, Syteline, Dynamics, O9, Smartsheet, DevOps.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and IoT applications in supply chain.
• Background in complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.
