Working Student (Drones/Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany; candidates must live in the Munich Metropolitan Region.

hirify.global develops, designs, and produces small unmanned aerial systems, including electric vertical take-off and landing drones with edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing.

What you will do

• Support ongoing projects by completing specific tasks and collaborating with the assigned team.
• Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.
• Learn new skills and deepen knowledge in the selected area of contribution.
• Identify challenges, suggest creative solutions, and independently take responsibility for assigned work.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student.
• Commitment to remain with hirify.global for at least two semesters.
• Structured working style, high self-motivation, and independent execution.
• Personal interest in drones or aerospace.
• Professional communication skills in English and German.
• Residence in the Munich Metropolitan Region and availability for on-site work in Gilching.
