Industrial Engineering - Working Student (MOSFET)

What you will do

• Analyze product final-test yield data.
• Automate data processing for final-test yield information from AWACS and EXTENSIO platforms.
• Work with production-line data from assembly sites in the Far East.
• Estimate wafer-level yield using historical data and correlations between MOSFET test parameters.
• Support test specification updates and test program releases.
• Analyze financial figures such as wafer costs and die-free package costs for released products and future developments.

Requirements

• Currently studying electrical engineering, physics, or a similar subject.
• Software programming skills.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor or MOSFET technology is advantageous.
• Fluent German or English speaker.
• Job location is Hamburg, Germany.
