Salary: $199,000 - $299,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Create and articulate a clear product vision and sustainable strategy based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and technology trends.
• Drive execution of the strategy to build a high-growth business.
• Assess competitive and market landscape from technical and business perspectives to predict trends.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, CTO, sales, and marketing to define go-to-market models.
• Work closely with engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the product roadmap.
• Gather customer feedback and conduct market analysis to inform roadmap decisions.
• Act as a strategic advisor and spokesperson for the product area internally and externally.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or work from Santa Clara, CA office
• 6+ years of product management experience with proven track record in product growth.
• Strong knowledge of file storage, NFS & SMB protocols, and NAS ecosystem.
• Technical understanding of enterprise storage environments and deployments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field required; business degree desirable.
