What you will do

• Develop full stack solutions including front-end UIs and back-end APIs using Java and Python.
• Apply advanced analytics, quantitative concepts, and machine learning to large structured and unstructured datasets.

• Work within Agile teams using CI/CD pipelines and collaborative engineering practices.
• Support migration from legacy monolithic systems to microservices architecture.
• Partner with investment teams to improve productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with onsite presence every other week in the US Fidelity office
• English: Proficient (B2) required
• Strong experience in Java and Python programming.
• Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and quantitative analytics.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
