What you will do

• Debug and mitigate EMI/EMC issues at board and system level using lab tools.
• Analyze and improve system susceptibility and immunity to high field strengths.
• Design RF filtering, shielding, and PCB layouts to enhance GPS jamming resistance.
• Collaborate with engineers to review schematics and ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Perform lab testing campaigns following MIL-STD-461, DO-160, and other standards.
• Develop design guidelines for EMC best practices and radiation mitigation.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to move to the Munich area (onsite role)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in EMI/EMC engineering, preferably aerospace or defense.
• Experience with GPS signal resilience and EMI/EMC testing tools.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-461 and DO-160 testing standards.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English)
