Salary: $149,000 - $224,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Gather and analyze requirements from Product, Finance, Sales Ops, and Engineering for SKU transformation and NPI initiatives.
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases for Product Master and ERP/CRM integration.
• Support implementation and configuration of Product Master/MDM platforms including data models and governance workflows.
• Develop SKU onboarding checklists and track NPI readiness milestones across systems.
• Provide operational support during product launches ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Must have 8-10 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting ERP, CRM, or MDM projects
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation.
• Familiarity with SKU management, product lifecycle, and NPI processes.
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and IT.
• Understanding of data quality principles, governance workflows, and system integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM/Product Master tools such as Informatica or Reltio.
• Background in SaaS, high-tech, or manufacturing industries with frequent NPI cycles.
• Knowledge of pricing models, discounting, and quoting workflows.
• Experience with test planning and UAT in ERP/CRM/MDM contexts.
