What you will do

  • Lead and manage program lifecycle for new hardware and operational initiatives, ensuring on-time product readiness and launch.
  • Partner with hardware design teams and external manufacturing partners to accelerate technical qualification and volume production ramp.
  • Own onboarding and integration of new vendors and contract manufacturers, including site audits and success metrics.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and engineering blockers, communicating strategy to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing new operational processes and recommending tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite in Santa Clara, California
  • Experience managing complex technical and operational programs in hardware or high-volume manufacturing.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven vendor management and operational due diligence experience.
  • Familiarity with program management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing test engineering and trade-offs between cost and quality.
