Salary: $99,000 - $150,000 USD annually

What you will do

Lead end-to-end deal execution for high-value, non-standard commercial and public sector opportunities ensuring alignment with profitability targets.
Advise Sales and Go-to-Market leaders on pricing and monetization frameworks to maximize deal value.
Own deal governance processes driving continuous improvements in structures, systems, and policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to align deal proposals with policies and risk guidelines.
Design and implement enablement frameworks and approval structures to empower field teams.

Requirements

Must be based in or able to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA or New York, NY
4+ years experience in Deal Desk, Strategy, or Business Development in technology firms.
Expertise in handling complex deal structures balancing commercial creativity and risk management.
Strong financial analysis and commercial modeling skills for high-value B2B technology transactions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
Strategic mindset with accountability for deal outcomes from design to closure.
