What you will do

• Own all technology activities in Hong Kong including project delivery and daily operations.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from demand to execution.
• Partner with local business stakeholders and Greater China Area and Global TECH teams.
• Provide specialist advice and collaborate with other experts to support organizational planning and operations.
• Conduct business analysis to identify operational requirements and improvements.
• Lead people management including recruitment support, workload allocation, and team performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong
• English: Proficient spoken and written command required
• At least 7 years of IT experience with 5 years in relevant area and 2 years in team management.
• Four-year degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of regional and global market landscape and customer needs.
• Experience managing critical cross-functional and regional projects.
