Salary: $142,800–$184,800 CAD annually

• Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack features across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms.
• Maintain production systems and provide operational support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize and evangelize platform development.
• Mentor engineers and help build a positive team culture.
• Solve complex problems to scale the product for global customers.

Requirements

• Must reside in Canada with preference for Toronto.
• 8+ years of experience building and operating production software systems.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Java, C#, or Node).
• Experience with scalable frontend applications using TypeScript and React or similar.
• Experience designing and architecting large-scale systems.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging LLMs for coding assistance.
• Experience with workflow engines or orchestration platforms (Temporal, Step Functions, Airflow).
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
