• Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack AI-driven safety coaching products.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and support teams to evolve product workflows.
• Maintain operational health and reliability of production systems at scale.
• Contribute to core architecture and engineering community initiatives.
• Embed hirify.global’s cultural principles in daily work and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Must reside in the US and be eligible to work remotely within the country.
• 7+ years of software development experience with full-stack capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset.
• Experience shipping customer-facing features and iterating based on feedback.
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies.
• Ability to maintain and support production systems using logs and metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM systems in production.
• Familiarity with Go, GraphQL, Typescript, React, and AWS.
• Experience working on geographically distributed teams.
• Background in scaling software products in fast-paced environments.
