What you will do

• Lead and develop the regional media planning team, setting strategic vision and standards.
• Drive media planning excellence across digital and traditional channels for Prime Video EU.
• Act as senior client advisor, influencing media strategy and investment decisions.
• Manage multi-market campaigns end-to-end, ensuring quality and innovation.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and planning practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, United Kingdom with right to work in this location.
• Extensive media planning experience with multi-market European expertise.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in media planning.
• Strong communication and client consultancy capabilities.
• Advanced understanding of media mix modelling and data-driven marketing.
• Experience managing large, networked teams and complex campaigns.
