What you will do

• Design, build, ship, and support backend features and products end-to-end.
• Debug and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Scope and work independently on projects, contributing to team roadmaps and technical direction.
• Mentor other engineers and influence improvements in reliability, scalability, and performance.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with complex systems.
• Comfortable writing and debugging SQL.
• Proactive and effective communication in a fully remote culture.
• Excellent command of at least one mainstream programming language.
• Experience shipping high-quality code with good testing practices.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building SDKs and mobile apps with in-app purchases.
• Familiarity with React and SPA applications.
