What you will do

• Execute functional designs with high usability to maximize customer appeal and market success
• Improve product usability and intuitiveness across marine experiences
• Collaborate with industrial designers, UI designers, and usability professionals
• Engage in research to understand customer needs and empathy for user experience
• Create rapid, low-fidelity prototypes and visually communicate design concepts
• Act as a liaison across organizational areas to drive design execution

Requirements

• Permanent US Work Authorization required
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI or related field with minimum sophomore status
• Experience with UI design, human-computer interaction, and prototype creation
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to tell compelling user stories and provide actionable design critiques
• Working knowledge of development processes
