What you will do

• Participate in discovery phases with product managers and designers to define features.
• Design software architecture and build, test, and release features autonomously within squads.
• Support customers by monitoring and fixing production issues.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve development best practices.
• Analyze product feedback to refine team roadmaps.
• Take ownership of features and contribute to cross-team initiatives for scaling.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English; French is not mandatory.
• Must be located in Europe or able to work remotely from Europe.
• At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile teams.
• Balanced technical, business, and product skills with user empathy.
