What you will do

• Be technically responsible for one or more projects.
• Solve problems in demanding IT domains with reactive architecture.
• Design the bank by API with the product team.
• Improve system performance under rapidly growing load.
• Ensure the respect of architecture rules and automated tests.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as a Software Developer with a strong grasp of backend systems.
• Proficient in Node.js/TypeScript or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing & CI/CD.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GraphQL, Kafka, and microservices architecture.
• Passionate about functional programming & open source.
• Always up to date with tech trends (meetups, blogs, side projects).
