What you will do

• Develop backend services and APIs for the hirify.global trading platform and related products.
• Implement new features and products using agile methodologies to enhance user experience.
• Ensure scalability and real-time responsiveness of backend systems to support user growth.
• Build backend components with a strong focus on security to protect user data and transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain and Lightning Network technologies.
• Maintain and improve microservices architecture and database interactions.

Requirements

• Fluent English (B2+) required for global collaboration.
• Must be able to work fully remotely from any location worldwide.
• Strong Node.js and JavaScript skills with experience in microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Good understanding of security best practices in backend development.
• Experience in developing complex platforms and blockchain integration is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby, Rust, or C++.
• Knowledge of message queues, caches, and job queues like Redis.
• Familiarity with high-availability system concepts.
