What you will do

• Lead and enable a team of skilled engineers in software development and delivery
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure product requirements and roadmap delivery
• Perform technical analysis, design, and write clean, maintainable code
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from design to support

Requirements

• Must have experience managing development teams as tech lead or team lead
• Strong software development skills in Golang, Java, Rust, and cloud native ecosystems
• Experience with software and system architecture, Linux, networking, security, cryptography, distributed systems, and databases
• Knowledge of containerized runtimes like Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker is a plus
• Experience or interest in blockchain, DeFi, trading, finance, and digital assets is a plus
• Must be a Swiss or European candidate willing to relocate to Switzerland
