Location: Remote (Global). The role operates across global territories and teams.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic planning and analytics for AI and Experience Orchestration sales globally.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to develop global territory plans and growth models.
  • Support pipeline generation, opportunity evaluation, and forecasting using data-driven analysis.
  • Provide AI-powered customer experience expertise to differentiate hirify.global and support account executives.
  • Build financial and operational models for segmentation, capacity planning, and investment decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Professional Services for global execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software or SaaS sales, revenue operations, business operations, AI solution selling, or consulting.
  • Proven experience with AI-powered customer experience technology, preferably within the contact center or enterprise software market.
  • Experience creating territory strategies, account plans, and operational models across diverse markets.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling or supporting AI solutions in customer experience or contact center markets.
  • Experience in overlay, specialist, or subject matter expert roles that require cross-functional influence.
