Location: Cambridge, England, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Design and develop the AI platform.
- Provide core AI technology for integration into the software architecture.
- Develop and maintain large-scale Python codebases.
- Build and improve applications and underlying services for web-hosted platforms.
- Contribute technical direction or lead teams as experience develops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a First or 2:1, preferably in a technical subject.
- Experience developing large-scale Python codebases, or willingness to develop the required skills as a graduate.
- Familiarity with the Python standard library and open-source libraries such as Flask, Requests, NumPy, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of software development best practices and architecture for web-hosted platforms.
- Ability or desire to develop technical or people leadership.
- Ability to learn quickly and drive projects through to completion.
