What you will do
- Lead and collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize programmatic bidding microservices.
- Apply data-driven and statistical methods to continuously improve bidding performance.
- Work closely with ML engineers to build innovative programmatic advertising solutions.
- Optimize large-scale distributed systems for high throughput and millisecond latency.
- Partner with product teams to deliver features aligned with company vision.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence, trust, and transparency within engineering teams.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience in AdTech or MarTech on high-scale or performance-critical systems.
- Advanced programming skills in Go or comparable languages (C++, Java, Scala, Rust).
- Experience deploying large-scale machine learning models and real-time inference systems.
- 5+ years software development experience building scalable distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with multiple database systems and performance trade-offs.
Nice to have
- Interest or experience in computational graphics, GPU programming, game development, game theory, or financial trading systems.
