What you will do

• Lead and collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize programmatic bidding microservices.
• Apply data-driven and statistical methods to continuously improve bidding performance.
• Work closely with ML engineers to build innovative programmatic advertising solutions.
• Optimize large-scale distributed systems for high throughput and millisecond latency.
• Partner with product teams to deliver features aligned with company vision.
• Promote a culture of technical excellence, trust, and transparency within engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in AdTech or MarTech on high-scale or performance-critical systems.
• Advanced programming skills in Go or comparable languages (C++, Java, Scala, Rust).
• Experience deploying large-scale machine learning models and real-time inference systems.
• 5+ years software development experience building scalable distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with multiple database systems and performance trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in computational graphics, GPU programming, game development, game theory, or financial trading systems.
