What you will do
- Lead and manage a diverse team of embedded software engineers performing technical activities.
- Assess and manage software staffing needs to meet project timelines.
- Drive technical planning and execution including agile metrics and Earned Value Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure software integration and quality.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent fostering innovation and professional growth.
- Integrate modern development methodologies and DevSecOps principles to enhance software lifecycle security and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must have an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- 3+ years of engineering or technical management experience.
- 3+ years exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- 5+ years working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must be located onsite in Missouri; relocation to the U.S. is offered based on eligibility.

- Background in Mission Systems engineering development.
- Proficiency with DevSecOps and modern software development practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience interfacing senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
- Experience managing complex projects delivering on time and budget.
