• Lead and manage a diverse team of embedded software engineers performing technical activities.
• Assess and manage software staffing needs to meet project timelines.
• Drive technical planning and execution including agile metrics and Earned Value Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure software integration and quality.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent fostering innovation and professional growth.
• Integrate modern development methodologies and DevSecOps principles to enhance software lifecycle security and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• 3+ years of engineering or technical management experience.
• 3+ years exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• 5+ years working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be located onsite in Missouri; relocation to the U.S. is offered based on eligibility.

• Background in Mission Systems engineering development.
• Proficiency with DevSecOps and modern software development practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience interfacing senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
