What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in product development.
• Establish staffing, goals, timelines, and expectations for projects.
• Foster collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor product development progress and ensure quality standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor new engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong background in software development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js/React, Python, Go).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with ECAD/EDA/CAD software or PCB design.
• UX experience.
