What you will do

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive player acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and resources.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and provide regular reporting.
• Optimize campaigns including landing pages and promotional materials to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Serbian and English is required.
• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in online gaming.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
