Influencer/Partnership Manager (Albania)

What you will do

• Identify and recruit local Instagram influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners.
• Build and maintain an influencer database for the assigned market.
• Negotiate CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee partnership agreements.
• Onboard influencers with tracking links, promo codes, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Manage campaigns and relationships while monitoring FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality.
• Optimize partnerships, collaborate with marketing and affiliate teams, track competitors, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer, partnership, affiliate, or KOL management.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and influencer landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and commercial skills.
• Fluent in the local market language and good command of English required.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, crypto casino, or affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with CPA, revenue share, hybrid partnership models, affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes, and landing page optimization.
