Influencer/Partnership Manager (Slovenia)

Location: Fully remote, market-based role; the posting references Ljubljana and Maribor, Slovenia, and also states Serbia as the location.

Salary: Base salary plus commission; performance-based, milestone-based, and recurring commissions are available.

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and manage Instagram influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners in the local market.
• Build an influencer database and negotiate CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee agreements.
• Onboard partners with tracking links, promo codes, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Manage campaigns, monitor FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality, and optimize underperforming partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor competitors and influencer trends, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local advertising regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer, partnership, affiliate, or KOL management.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and influencer landscape, with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Commercial mindset focused on acquisition and performance metrics.
• Fluent in the local market language and good command of English.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, crypto casino, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with CPA, revenue share, hybrid partnership models, affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes, and landing page optimization.
