What you will do

Implement and maintain existing Test Strategies, Standards, and plans.
Define test processes and create comprehensive Test Plans.
Collaborate with the Release Manager for software releases.
Conduct risk assessments related to software testing.
Lead test execution and monitor progress.
Engage with business teams to align testing with objectives.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Testing Management.
Experience as a Testing Team Lead or Quality Assurance Lead.
Proficient in software quality assurance methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Systematic problem-solving approach.
