What you will do

• Serve as the customer’s point of contact for technical fault management and error resolution
• Manage root-cause analysis, fault rectification, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support and deliver technical training and maintain the site technical training matrix
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies
• Manage technical processes including change control, versioning, and equipment information systems
• Collaborate with site teams to optimize maintenance and operational performance

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Experience with PLC, PC, and controls equipment fault management
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage technical documentation and training programs
