What you will do

• Deliver project scope meeting safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget requirements.
• Produce, emulate, and test PLC software and visualization systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics and lead controls engineering design and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and lead controls engineering teams.
• Commission control systems on site and support system commissioning and end-user training.
• Assist in developing global hirify.global controls standards.

Requirements

• Location: Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy with 60% travel within EMEA Europe.
• HNC/HND in Electrical/Controls Engineering minimum; Bachelor or Master degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC development tools.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic manuals, distributed control systems, and software testing.
• Familiarity with Siemens TIA Portal, industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, EthernetIP), and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and make design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCADA and E-plan software.
• Understanding of automated warehouse systems.
