What you will do

• Review and propose specifications for ToR switch and network devices
• Design Ethernet switches for data center and carrier applications
• Validate switch and network device designs
• Analyze and resolve design issues
• Collaborate with firmware and lab teams
• Support manufacturing tests and resolve production issues
• Investigate and resolve quality issues from suppliers and manufacturers
• Source and qualify components
• Travel overseas for customer issues or product development

Requirements

• 5-10+ years experience in Ethernet switch industry preferred
• Experience developing 100G/400G/800G Ethernet solutions
• ARM, PPC, and X86 CPU design experience
• Familiarity with OCP, data center, SONiC, IEEE 1588, SyncE is a plus
• Knowledge of schematics, layout tools, test equipment, and compliance requirements
• Ability to travel to US for product development
• Capable of communication in English
