What you will do
- Create accurate and efficient functional models for System-on-Chip designs.
- Develop virtual platforms and realistic simulation environments to accelerate innovation and reduce time to market.
- Collaborate with software teams to gather inputs for early-stage development before physical silicon is available.
- Diagnose and resolve firmware issues by analyzing simulation results.
- Promote the adoption of virtual platforms across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree/PhD with 2–3 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of Python and C++.
- Fundamental understanding of firmware and software architecture.
- Willingness to learn Virtual Platforms, System-on-Chips, and related tools.
- Collaborative approach and strong knowledge-sharing skills.
- Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled technology and software; an export license review may be required before employment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Virtualizer, Simics, QEMU, or gem5.
- Experience with computer architecture, especially ARM or RISC-V.
