Analog IC Design Intern (SerDes)

What you will do

• Design, verify, and evaluate SerDes circuits for high-speed data communication ICs.
• Develop high-speed, high-performance analog SerDes solutions in advanced 5nm, 3nm, and future technology nodes.
• Participate in SerDes design verification across applications and process, voltage, and temperature conditions.
• Provide design instructions and guidance to layout engineers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's or PhD degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least one area: fundamental analog circuit design, high-speed SerDes design, or high-frequency clock design.
• Familiarity with CAD tools for circuit simulations and layouts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with motivation to contribute to a technical design team.
• Eligible candidates may participate in the 2026 RDSS Research and Development Substitute Services program; candidates who are not eligible are also welcome to apply.
