What you will do
- Champion standard practices of quality principles and continuous improvement.
- Establish and enhance quality control processes.
- Perform product level failure analysis and define experiments for data collection.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate customer quality requirements and manage end-to-end product quality.
- Enhance corporate quality standards and measurements.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering preferred; MS is highly desired.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in electronic and computer products.
- Working knowledge in system integration and supplier quality control.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in quality leadership programs and audits.
