What you will do

• Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize manufacturing and NPI processes.
• Balance the workload of Production Engineers across all CMs.
• Work with the Test Engineering team to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Utilize product specification databases to develop packaging solutions.
• Design modular production processes for inspection and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in layout inspection using Allegro.
• Experienced with CAM350 and CAMPro for DFM and DFA analysis.
• Skilled in using diagnostic instruments for defect analysis.
