What you will do

• Own camera BSP software components for the embedded camera platform.
• Develop and enhance camera ISP pipeline software and drivers for product requirements.
• Modify and improve Android Camera HAL and Linux Camera API for camera subsystem capabilities.
• Develop Android apps/services and Linux applications to access camera features.
• Maintain code repositories, including code review, merging, and Gerrit or GitHub workflows.
• Manage branching, merging, and code conflict resolution across the BSP codebase.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of camera BSP software stack development.
• Android or Linux environment software development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++/Java/Python.
• Strong camera ISP pipeline embedded software experience (especially with key SoC suppliers) is required.
• Strong understanding of camera APIs and app programming experience.
• MSc (or equivalent) with 8+ years relevant experience, or BSc (or equivalent) with 10+ years relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of embedded ISP algorithms such as pixel processing, 3A, image enhancement, and Auto Scene Detection.
• Experience at Senior Engineer/Engineer level with strong interest in growing into camera software BSP.
